Clay, thank you sir for making a disheartening experience at least palatable, you and your staff were honest, caring and understanding through the entire process of my wife’s hip replacements, while monetary settlements never make the pain and suffering end, it sometimes is the only way people can fight back to right a wrong.
I was involved in a case for the faulty hip replacements. Clay Hodges represented me. I can’t say enough about how much he has helped me. Clay was able to win multiple settlements on my behalf with most of them being the maximum amount able to be awarded. These settlements allowed me to pay off so many of the debts that I had acquired due to the hip surgeries. With medical bills stacking up, along with being out of work multiple times for extended periods, there’s no way I could have gotten out of debt without these settlements. I thank Clay so much for what he has done for me. He and his firm are great to deal with and easy to reach and talk to. I didn’t want to be just another number in one of the gigantic law firms dealing with hundreds of these cases at the same time. Clay’s firm made you feel like you were dealing with a friend. So glad I chose to go with these guys.
Thank you for your sincerity, tender heart and listening ears.

I had one shot to even the score. I trusted Clay Hodges with my life. Mr. Hodges and his paralegal Denise were spot-on with every aspect of my case. Throughout the process, beginning to end, I felt confident I had made the right choice. I needed a team that would press my rights swiftly and with results. I feel that Mr. Hodges’s experience, persistence and character led to these maximum results. Trustworthiness, operational expertise and great results . . . I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Clay did a great job for me and my wife with our Depuy ASR hip case. I did not think I would receive any compensation for my injuries because several years had passed, but Clay stuck with me and with my case and we ended up getting a very good result. I am very pleased with Clay and how he helped me through years of litigation.

Clay was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. He helped us develop a plan of action and was very successful in negotiating a positive resolution to the difficult situation. Highly recommend Clay!
Clay did an outstanding job helping my wife and I deal with a personal injury situation. He saved us a lot of time and headaches with dealing with the at-fault insurance company and made sure we were treated fairly.
Mr. Clay Hodges is the best appellate attorney in this area. He took my case against one of the largest banks in Raleigh. He did his work and won my case.
My experience with Harris, Sarratt & Hodges is still ongoing and I can’t imagine being in better hands during this long drawn out legal process resulting from a faulty artificial hip that was implanted in me when I was only 42.
Mr. Hodges and the entire staff at Harris, Sarratt & Hodges were extremely professional and at the same time very personal in assisting in my mother’s recent hip replacement case.
This firm and Clay Hodges have been communicative, concerned, and forthright throughout their representation of my case. Litigation is can be an uncertain , long-suffering, and challenging endeavor.
I’ve learned a great deal from Clay, who clearly understands the nuances of his client’s product liability cases.
Our family sought the representation of Mr. Clay Hodges after a serious incident involving our son. We found him to be direct, concise, timely and trustworthy , which was quite refreshing given the circumstances.
I have known Clay Hodges since working with him as a cub attorney at one of the premier litigation firms in North Carolina. Clay is simply one of the best attorneys I know.
I can see and hear in your voice that you have a passion for this case and I know I’m in good hands.
Clay responded to our call immediately, was knowledgeable about the implant my had wife had received, and worked tirelessly to see that she received complete satisfaction of her claim.
I love how you combine strength and clarity with gentlemanly diplomacy!

Plaintiffs in metal-on-metal hip (MoM) cases around the country owe thanks to Clay Hodges for his tireless advocacy on their behalf. Early on, Clay posted an on-line brochure that served as a virtual guidebook for explaining the nature of the cases on how both attorneys and plaintiffs should think about it. Since then, his articles and posts have provided timely and accurate updates about the litigation when often it was difficult to get reliable news for other sources. And he has done this not just for his clients but all MoM plaintiffs who have agonized to understand this case and what options they might have. For all of us, he has provided far more than just information, but a genuine sense that someone really cares and is in our corner.

To other patients who are experiencing the [Depuy] Pinnacle hip problems. Many as myself are so anxious to hear positive feeds. Mr. Hodges was willing to take time to respond to my needs. I sometimes wonder if we are lost from the loop, just a minute was so appreciated. I feel that he would be at your side with support or to answer any questions.

Yours is the only site that went into any detail about the bellwether cases. And I’ve done a lot of research on this, your attorneys seem to have a better grasp on what’s going on and certainly disseminating information to plaintiffs and the general public. Thank you very much. And again, kudos on your site. It’s the best that I’ve read.
